PRIVACY POLICY – Bank Passbook Statement by SMS
1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by All Bank Account Balance check Passbook, Statement (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs the data practices of the mobile application Bank Passbook Statement by SMS (“App”).
The App helps users view their bank balance, mini statements, and SMS-based passbook summaries directly from bank SMS messages stored on their device. The App works completely offline and does not connect to any bank servers, APIs, or financial institutions.
2. OUR PRIVACY COMMITMENT
- We do not collect or upload your banking or SMS data to any server.
- All SMS analysis and processing occur locally on your device.
- We do not have access to your bank account details, OTPs, or personal identifiers.
- Minimal, non-sensitive data may be collected for analytics and advertising.

Data We Do Not Collect: Bank account numbers, SMS contents, OTPs, contact information, or financial details.
Data We Collect Automatically: Device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, usage events, and Advertising IDs used by third-party SDKs for app analytics and monetization.

All SMS data is processed and stored on your device. We never upload or transmit your financial information. Our partners (AdMob, Firebase, etc.) may retain anonymous technical data per their own retention policies. Industry-standard encryption is used for sensitive on-device operations.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your anonymous technical and usage data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence (e.g., the United States) where our analytics and advertising partners operate.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
- Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising: You can reset or limit ad tracking via your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Permissions Control: You can revoke SMS or network permissions anytime in your device settings.
- Formal Rights Requests: Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of technical data associated with you.
10. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
- EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR): You have rights to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and lodge complaints with supervisory authorities.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal data is collected and to delete it. Our advertising SDKs may be considered “data sharing.” You may opt out by resetting your Advertising ID.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our App is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy periodically. If material changes are made, we will provide notice within the App or on our Play Store listing.
